Ildar Khalikov sharply criticized work of top management of JSC “Tatspirtprom” at a meeting in House of RT government. One reason for criticism was low volumes of retail sales of JSC “Tatspirtprom” production outside Tatarstan. By words of Ildar Khalikov for 6 months of 2010 the enterprise has realized 0, 11 % from total volume of sales. He also reminded that by results of 2009 realization of JSC “Tatspirtprom” production outside Tatarstan made 2,78 %.

“Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communication is developing the project on providing public services in the Internet,” the Premier said. In a short time, every Tatarstan citizen will have access to public services in any place where the Internet is available. It will be possible thanks to the project developed by Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communication. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov informed about it at the briefing after having visited JSC Tattelecom where he examined the enterprise work, its main economic indices, and visited the important communication objects.

The bulk of the work at the Kaleikino – Nizhnekamsk Oil Refinery 118.2-kilometre-long linear pipeline was completed in November. High-sulphur oil from Tatarstan will via the pipeline be delivered to the under-construction plant in Nizhnekamsk. The facility is initially to provide up to 7 million tonnes of oil a year, with a possible doubling in the future.

At a briefing in RT Cabinet RT Deputy prime minister - Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov told about the situation at Tatarstan foodstuff market that may appear in connection with dry weather. By his words only 1 mln. tons of grain may be gathered this year while within the last years more than 5 mln. tons were gathered in Tatarstan.

Leadership of Voronezh oblast is interested in experience of Tatarstan in supporting entrepreneurship and efficiency of state management. This has been announced today by Deputy Governor of Voronezh oblast Aleksandr Ganov at a meeting with RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov in a House of RT Government. The Visit of Voronezh oblast delegation headed by Aleksandr Ganov was planned for July, 19-21. The delegation consists of head of department of economic development of Voronezh oblast Maksim Yantsov, head of department on developing entrepreneurship and consumer market Sergey Sumenko, deputy head of department on management for housing and communal services and energy Vladimir Shigin, deputy head of department on economic development Vadim Dmitriev.

A few projects jointly realized by Tatarstan government and Moscow school of management “Skolkovo” have already been positively assessed, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov announced at a meeting with rector of Moscow school of management “Skolkovo” Andrey Volkov. The meeting was held in House of RT government with participation of RT Vice-premier – head of RT Cabinet office Shamil Gafarov and Head of section of economy, finances and management for state property Ruslan Shakirov.

Rustam Kalimullin has become the head of executive committee of Vysokogorsky region. Today deputies of Council of Vysokogorsky region unanimously voted for his candidature. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, heads of republican ministries and departments, deputies of RT State Council took part in the session.

According to the data for July, 14 major repairs are being conducted in 1094 multi-apartment houses. This was said by RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin at a republican meeting on issues of major repairs, housing commissioning by program of State housing fund under RT President and housing construction for veterans of Great Patriotic War.
