The Republic of Tatarstan is the only region in Russia that dynamically and sequentially realizes intelligent policy in the sphere of construction and reformation of housing and communal services. This has been announced today by Director of department for regulation of town planning activity of RF Ministry of regional development Ilya Ponomarev at final session of RT Ministry of construction, architecture and housing. The session was held in House of RT Government in format of video conference with participation of municipal regions of republic.

Agreement on cooperation between RF Accounts chamber and RT Government has been signed in House of RT Government.The document was signed at the meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Auditor of RF Accounts Chamber Aleksandr Piskunov.It is meant that parties will cooperate on issues of mutual interest including strategic planning and control for social-economic development of Tatarstan Republic.

We have to take seriously ecological situation and nature conservation actions in RT. This was announced today by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov at final session of RT Ministry of ecology and natural resources dedicated to activity of the ministry in 2010 and tasks for 2011.By results of 2010 the volume of industrial production in RT has made 1 trillion roubles. It is the results of activity of large industrial enterprises of republic, especially petrochemical complex. “It is very difficult to achieve such serious volumes of industrial production. This surely increases anthropogenic impact on the environment, - Tatarstan President said. That is why our attitude towards ecological situation should be very serious as well”.

A series of events in the sphere of ecology will be held in Kazan within the limits of preparation for holding World summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan. This has been announced today by Deputy Minister of natural resources and ecology of Russia Igor Maidanov at final session of RT Ministry of ecology and natural resources. The event was held in hall of meetings of RT Ministry of ecology and natural resources (Kazan) with participation of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Session of RT Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety was held by Acting Prime Minister Ravil Muratov. The session was held in House of RT Government in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions. One of key issues discussed was clearing roofs of social-cultural objects , sport infrastructure,e.t.c.Ravil Muratov said this problem should be solved systematically, the snow is to be taken away in time. It is mostly urgent this winter.

The nearest pension increase is planned to be realized from February,1 2001. The insurance part of Tatarstan pensions will undergo indexation of 8% . Head of Department of RF Pension Fund on RT Marsel Imamov told about innovations in pension legislation at briefing in RT Cabinet. Marsel Imamov reminded that today average rate of pension in our republic makes 7 thousand 240 roubles. From February,1 it will increase by 570 roubles.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited construction sites of Centre of rowing sports, Palace of water sports, football stadium for 45 000 places and objects of Kazan transport infrastructure where he got acquainted with the course of construction works during holidays. Head of RT Ministry of construction Irek Faizullin shared impressions with journalists after visiting construction objects. In particular, the minister informed that the preliminary name of football stadium is “Rubin”. It will become the place for holding ceremonies of opening and closing World universiade-2013. Moreover, matches of world football championship 2018 will surely be held at Kazan stadium. By words of Irek Faizullin, the unique sport object is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2012.

A solemn ceremony of summing up results of republican contest “Chief of year-2010” has been held in GTRK “Korston”. The event was attended by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT State counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, RT Prime Minister Ildar Kahlikov. Deputies of State Duma and Federation Council of RF Federal assembly, officials of republican state authorities, federal bodies, republican ministries, departments and organizations, heads of enterprises – members of RT Association of enterprises and entrepreneurs were invited to the event.

A regular session of JSC “Tatneft” Directors board chaired by RT President - chairman of the board Rustam Minnikhanov has been held in Almetyevsk city.The Directors board discussed results of budget performance if JSC “Tatneft” for 11 months of the current year and approved the budget for January and first quarter of 2011. Members of Directors board heard information about results of geological exploration outside Russia.
