RT President Rustam Minnikhanov is in Davos (Switzerland) and takes part in work of 41st World economic forum. The key topic of current forum in Davos will be “General standards of new reality”. The topic of annual session of World economic forum-2011 is based on four interrelated sections: response to new reality, economic prospects for the future and determination of policy of further global development, maintenance of program “G20” and creation of mechanism of reacting to global challenges. In connection with terrorist attacks in “Domodedovo” organizers of forum corrected the program of session paying attention to problems of terrorism.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov has jointed new team of public Council of assistance of Russian Olympic committee. Renewed team of the Council was approved by Executive Committee of Russian Olympic committee.We remind that the Council was created for global support of activity of Russian Olympic committee.Chairman of Council of assistance under Russian Olympic committee is Akhmed Bilalov (Vice-President of Russian Olympic committee, member of Executive committee, First Deputy chairman of Legislative assembly of Krasnodar region) , Senior Secretary is Vitali Milyavski (chief counselor of RF President Administration) .

Citizens of Tatarstan Republic may send complaints regarding quality of mobile and radio telephone communication, cable and air television broadcasting and also access to Internet via interactive service. Internet service for sending complaints is available on site of RT Ministry of info and communications. This has been announced today at briefing in RT Cabinet by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov. He also informed that from January,24 a month's campaign for improving quality of communication services is announced in republic. Within the limits of this campaign set of measures aimed at improvement of quality of services will be implemented, hotlines of service providers and TV broadcasting will be functioning, “Surely, we’ll continue working in this area after finishing this campaign”, - Nikolai Nikiforov said.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is sure in necessity of elaborating unified safety standards for sport buildings, especially taking into account tragic events in “Domodedovo”.Today at the meeting of republican Head and grant holders of RT special state scholarship in Kazan Kremlin graduate student of Kazan state architectural university Roman Shapilov told about his Candidate's dissertation dedicated to development of measures package on ensuring safety at sport objects. Roman said that tragic events happed in “Domodedovo” made him speak to the President. “I’d like to suggest creation of special commission in Tatarstan commissioned to implement interaction of various structures – Ministry of the interiors, Federal security service, Ministry of emergency situations and other institutions with leadership of sport objects. We don’t have any security standards in terms of sport objects”,- he said.

The program of social and economic development of Tatarstan Republic for 2011-2015 has been approved at the session of RT cabinet and forwarded to republican Parliament. In accordance with Federal Law from October,6,1999 №184-ФЗ and regulations of RT State Council the program should be accepted by the law of Tatarstan Republic.Session on RT Cabinet was held in House of RT Government in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the event. At the beginning of session head of RT Government informed attendants about results of implementing the Program of social and economic development of republic in 2005-2010.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with Head of Federal state institution “Chief department за state expertise” (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia) Sergey Osmanov. The meeting was held in House of RT Government.By words of Aide to RT President Anatoli Krasnov, parties discussed course of works under the project “Systems of interactive interaction of Federal state institution “Chief department за state expertise” and its branches with applicants when delivering project documentation for state expertise and revision of estimated cost.

Board session of RT Ministry of justice was held in Kazan. RT First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov took part in the event. The session was held in format in video conference. RT Minister of justice Midkhat Kurmanov told in details about work that had been done last year and objectives of the ministry for current year. Thus, last year coordination of rule-making work of executive power bodies, anti-corruption expertise of bills of normative legal acts coming into the ministry were intensively implemented. First two volumes of RT laws in two official languages of republic in paper and electronic format were issued.

The meeting was held at the stadium "Trudovy reservy" in Kazan on the threshold of world bandy championship that is to be started in Tatarstan capital on January,23. (Kazan, January 21, Tatar-inform). a round table at the Tatarstan House of Government has today discussed devising a concept of building and developing an information environment for public finance management. Attendees were Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian deputy finance minister Tatiana Nesterenko, and others. Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted the republic had accumulated a vast experience in both implementing information technologies in the public governance processes and improving the public administration concept. Since 2001, a public order for management on each ministry and department has been formed in Tatarstan. After the federal law No 131 was adopted, similar relations have been built with the local governance bodies, and since 2010 with the federal territorial branches as well.
