July 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the island town of Sviyazhsk where he attended the opening of the River Port and visited the new museum storage. Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Russian Deputy Culture Minister Konstantin Cherepennikov and other officials also were in Sviyazhsk with the President.

RT Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in official ceremony of keel -laying of minor guided-missile ship 21631 at Gorky Zelenodolsk plant. The ceremony took place in workshop №18 with participation of rear admiral, Commander-in-Chief of the Caspian Fleet Sergey Alekminsky, Director general of OAO “Holding company “Ak Bars” Ivan Egorov.

Major repair of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan Republic was completed in 321 houses of 999 provided by the program of major repairs 2011, Minister of construction, architecture ad housing Irek Faizullin informed at a meeting in RT Government House. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with all municipal regions of republic.

Tatarstan Republic has a task to procure 4 mln. tons of haylage and 1 mln. tons of hay, RT Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov informed at a meeting in the House of RT Government. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with all municipal regions of republic. According to Marat Akhmetov for now 20 centners of feed units per one relative stock unit have been procured in republic. Republican households daily procure about 1 centner of feed units per one relative stock unit.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the workers and veterans of Kazan medical –instrument plant on 80-anniversary of the enterprise. Celebrations took place at GTRK “Korston” (Kazan).Rustam Minnikhanov told special words of gratitude to veterans - people who formed this unique enterprise which produces about 3 000 denominations of products. “Today every medical institution has instruments of Kazan medical-instrument plant”, - he said. By his words, presence of such equipment and medical devices produced at the plant helps to rescue lives of so many people.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov suggests that citizens having debts for housing-communal services should be assisted in job search. The proposal was made at a session of RT Cabinet “On operating results of fuel-energy complex and housing-communal services during the heating season 2010/2011 and tasks for efficient preparation for heating season 2011/2012”. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, RT Vice-premier – Minister of energy Ilshat Fardiev and other officials took part in a meeting.

How further cooperation can be developed was discussed at a meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chinese Vice-Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan on July 21.The meeting was held at the Tatarstan House of Government.

Preparation of Russian regions for heating season, prospects of forming tariffs for housing and communal services, ensuring transparency of housing and communal complex have been discussed at a call conference held by Deputy chairman of RF Government Dmitry Kozak with authorities of all chiefs of RF regions. The meeting was held at Situation centre of RF Government (Moscow). The main topic was execution of requirements of federal legislation in terms of reformation of housing and communal complex by RF subjects.
