President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the workers and veterans of Kazan medical –instrument plant on 80-anniversary of the enterprise. Celebrations took place at GTRK “Korston” (Kazan).

Rustam Minnikhanov told special words of gratitude to veterans - people who formed this unique enterprise which produces about 3 000 denominations of products. “Today every medical institution has instruments of Kazan medical-instrument plant”, - he said. By his words, presence of such equipment and medical devices produced at the plant helps to rescue lives of so many people.

Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that the enterprise has overcome hard times, but it managed to keep its position at the market and personnel .

Head of Tatarstan expressed hope towards further development and prosperity of Kazan medical instrument plant.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked as Director of the plant – Nur Shakirov. “I’ve long known him. At that time I had nothing to do with power and worked in Arsk region. Fortune brought us together. I respect such an outstanding manager who completely devoted himself to the enterprise. Due to his enthusiasm it is functioning and prospering”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.

President of Tatartan granted awards to the distinguished workers later on.
