On February 13, during his working trip to Buinsk region Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited facilities of OOO “Avangard”, the biggest agricultural company in Tatarstan that has been a part of “Ak Bars” holding since 2011.

By results of inspections held at pre-school educational organizations, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov ordered Prosecutor’s Office to investigate all cases of violations in the sphere of catering services in kindergartens.

On February 11, during his working trip to Moscow Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of Government commission on competition and development of small and medium-size business held by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov.

Speaking about results of his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov has said that the ministry is planning to produce unmanned aircrafts in cooperation with Tatarstan enterprises. One of the centers of unmanned aviation is to be open in Kazan.

On February 10, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Turkish businessmen. Ambassador of Turkey to Russia Umit Yardym took part in the meeting.

On February 10, at his meeting with representatives of Malaysian state corporation MATRADE, subsidiary of the Central Bank of Malaysia for development of Islamic finances IBFIM and Unirazak University, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Malaysia is becoming a traditional foreign trade partner of Tatarstan.
