On March 6, at the Tatarstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kazan), Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov had a meeting with an initiative group of affected Tatfondbank's depositors. 

On March 6, at the Korston Entertainment Complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary meeting of the seminar “The formation of a comfortable urban environment”. 

On March 6, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russia Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Mikhail Men discussed issues related to further development of the construction, housing and utilities sector and interaction between the republic and the federal agency.

On March 4, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of March 3, 2017 as many as 468,900 square meters of housing or 19.5 per cent of the plan have been commissioned in the republic.

On March 4, at the Government House of the republic, Vice-President of Mastercard in Russia Galina Ganeeva and Director of business development and digital payments, Mastercard payment system in Russia, Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan Mikhail Fedoseyev delivered a lecture on innovative solutions and implemented Mastercard projects. 

On March 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held an emergency meeting with heads of law enforcement and regulatory authorities in connection with the revocation of licenses for banking operations of Tatfondbank and IntechBank.

On March 3, speaking at a panel discussion "Human potential is a key resource for the development of Russian regions" during the EDU Russia Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that education plays an important role in social and economic development of Tatarstan. The Strategy of Social and Economic Development of Tatarstan till 2030, the republic has adopted, is based on powerful educational potential and envisages cooperation between science, production and real sector of economy, he added. 

On March 2, at his meeting with Hungary's Minister of National Development Miklós Seszták Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that development of trade relations with Hungary will allow Tatarstan to secure a foothold in EU markets. 

On March 2, at the request of Board Chairman of VTB24 Bank Mikhail Zadornov, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev spoke at a meeting of heads and regional managers of VTB24 at Korston Entertainment Complex in Kazan. 

On March 2, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chief of Haier in Russia Lyudmila Romanova and  Executive Director of Haier Rus Trading Company Sun Zhenhua discussed further development of the Haier company.
