On March 24, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all municipalities at the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that since the beginning of the year the State Housing Inspectorate of the republic has conducted 1,180 inspections of multi-apartment houses, which are being overhauled, and has revealed nine cases of safety violations in Kazan and Alekseevskoe settlement.

On March 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Yekaterinburg to attend a meeting on compliance with the legislation regulating timely payments of obligations under executed state and municipal contracts by customers in the Far Eastern, Volga, Siberian and Ural federal districts held by Russia's Prosecutor General Yury Chaika.

On March 23, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian republic Yuri Kokov discussed issues related to further development of interregional trade and economic cooperation, the strengthening of cooperation in the humanitarian sphere and prospects for implementing joint projects.

On March 23, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with Chairman of the United Russia Party's Supreme Council Boris Gryzlov and Chairman of State Council of the republic, Secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia Party Farid Mukhametshin.

On March 23, in Skolkovo, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov delivered a lecture for participants of the programme aimed at preparing management teams for the development of single-industry towns. The lecture was devoted to the best practices and experience of Tatarstan. 

On March 23, in Moscow, at a working meeting with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Chief Architect of Kazan Tatiana Prokofieva, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin the Kazan General Plan was discussed. 

On March 22, at the Korston Entertainment complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with participants of the 6th Russia-China Business Forum and Inter-party dialogue between the United Russia Party and Communist Party of China.

On March 22, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Federal Corporation for Small and Middle-Sized Entrepreneurship Development (MSP)  Alexander Braverman discussed issues related to the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the improvement of financial programmes to support entrepreneurs, solving problems in terms of administrative barriers, and other topical issues.

On March 22, together with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Aide to Tatarstan President Natalia Fishman and other officials Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich visited the yard of the house on Amirkhan Street in Kazan. 

On March 22, Director General of Federal Corporation for Small and Middle-Sized Entrepreneurship Development  Alexander Braverman, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, and other officials took part in a meeting on using opportunities and services of information and marketing support of small and middle-sized enterprises in Kazan.
