On March 22, during his working visit to Tatarstan, Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Economy of the republic Artem Zdunov, Chief Federal Inspector in Tatarstan Renat Timerzyanov and other officials, got acquainted with the work of one of the mutli-purpose centres in Kazan. 

Tomorrow, on March 22, Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich will pay a working visit to Tatarstan.

On March 21, at the representative office of Tatarstan in Moscow, a rare copy of the Koran was handed in to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov during his working trip to Moscow.  On behalf of Moscow Tatars a businessman Ilyaz Muslimov presented the holy book of Muslims to Minnikhanov.

On March 21, at its meeting the State Council of Tatarstan considered a report on the activities of regional government agencies in 2016 .

Making a keynote report on this issue, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said, in particular, that in 2016 the activities of the Government of the republic were aimed at solving the main tasks stipulated by the Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the republic until 2030. Last year, all 45 municipal strategies were adopted, the branch ministries approved their long-term plans.
