On September 21, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Pavel Sorokin, Chairman of the Board and President of Transneft Nikolai Tokarev, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov, Director General of Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov and other officials took part in launching a new Transneft-Sintez plant for the production of anti-turbulent additives in the Alabuga special economic zone (SEZ).

On September 20, at his meeting with Chairman of the Board and President of Transneft Nikolai Tokarev at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that strategic partnership relations between the industrial enterprises of the republic and Transneft  are very important for Tatarstan.

On June 6, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a new head, former Aide to Tatarstan President, Fanil Agliullin to the staff of Tatarstan Ministry of Land and Property.

On September 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree releasing Airat Zaripov from the post of Head of Tatmedia Agency for Press and Mass Communications due to his election the people’s deputy of Tatarstan State Council of the sixth convocation.
