Session of RT Cabinet Presidium “Normative and legal aspects of increasing of effectiveness of state innovative activity regulation of economy in Tatarstan was held today in RT government.

On August ,22, Tatarstan Government and IBM Corporation signed the transaction about intentions for creation of center of program software decisions IBM. The document defined the areas of cooperation of the sides connected with creation of new IT park in Tatarstan capital – Kazan.
