In his address on the occasion of the Health Worker Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated employees of the healthcare system with their professional holiday and said:” For doctors, nurses and paramedics, who have thrown in their lot with medicine, it is not just a profession but a real vocation. You save lives and help to preserve the most valuable thing we have – our health. We trust you our worries and problems, counting on your help. All this is what have always made the profession of the medical workers highly respected and venerated.

On 16 June during his working trip to Almetyevsk the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in in a ceremonial Namaz on the occasion of the Eid al-Adha holiday held in in the renovated central mosque of the city. 

In the beginning of the prayer, Tatarstan First Deputy Mufti Ilfar hazrat Khasanov congratulated Muslims with the Eid al-Adha and read out congratulations from Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Rais of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

On June 15, during his working visit to Almetyevsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Head of Almetyevsk Timur Nagumanov attended the Russian Triathlon Championship.

On 15 June, speaking at an opening ceremony of the XIV All-Russia rural Sabantuy held in the Village of Barda in Perm region, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all participants of the fest, held with participation of about 70 thousand people who came from 50 entities of Russia.

In the current year Barda region celebrates its 100th birthday and in 2013 the village already hosted the All-Russia rural Sabantuy.

On June 14, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and all municipalities of the republic taking part in it via videoconference, Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported on the progress of forage conservation.

On June 14, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the BRICS Sports Games should be held at a high level.
