On June 3, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov chaired a board meeting of Tatspirtprom (manufacturer of alcoholic beverages in Tatarstan).  

On June 2, during his working visit to Dresden, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Prime Minster of Saxony (Federal Republic of Germany) Stanislav Tillich.  

Welcoming the guests, Tillich noted that Saxony and Tatarstan have been bound by long-time friendly relations. He also reminded that his next visit to Tatarstan is planned this year.

On June 2, during his working trip to Dresden (Germany) Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Fraunhofer Institute for Materials and Laser Technology (Fraunhofer IWS).

On June 2, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov had a meeting with the official delegation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan led by State Minister of Pakistan, Chief Executive of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Shaikh Muhammad Muneer.

EAST-4D Carbon Technology GmbH established by graduates of the Dresden Technical University develops, designs and manufactures products of fiber composite material using 4D technology.

On June 2, speaking at an opening ceremony of the Saxony – Tatarstan Economic Forum in Dresden Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is open for mutually beneficial cooperation and is willing to develop contacts. “We are interested in Saxon companies choosing Tatarstan as a platform to enter the Russian market,” he added.

On July 2, during his working visit to Dresden (Germany), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Eberspächer Exhaust Technology Wilsdruff GmbH & Co. KG company. 

On June 2, at a working meeting between Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and German company Bosch Tatarstan Government House, the delegation's leader, Vice President Bosch of Security Systems Robert Mulatz said that he is glad Aeroflot air carrier launing a new direct regular flights Kazan- Frankfurt – Kazan from June 17.

On July 1, in Dresden at the German-Russian Cultural Institute Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a three-day working visit in Germany (June 1-3), took part in the literary and musical evening dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai.
