On August 23, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, the curator of programmes for the development of the urban environment in the republic Nailya Zinnatullina said that for five years Tatarstan won over 2.5 billion roubles for the development of public spaces by participating in the All-Russian competition of small cities and historical settlements. 

On August 23, in Zainsk, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin together with Minister of Internal Affairs in Tatarstan, Police Lieutenant General Artem Khokhorin, the Acting Deputy Head of the Department of Logistics and Medical Support of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel of the Internal Service Dmitry Dolmatov, Head of the Zainsk region Razif Karimov, as well as heads of law enforcement agencies of the region took part in a solemn ceremony of opening the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Zainsk region after reconstruction.

On August 23, during his working visit to Zainsk, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin visited the kindergarten “Svetlyachok”, opened after the major repair.

On August 22, before the games of the Continental Hockey League 2022/2023 season, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Tatarstan Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov, President of Ak Bars hockey club and the Ice Hockey Federation of Tatarstan Nail Maganov and Head coach of the Ak Bars Oleg Znarok met leadership, players and coaching staff of the Ak Bars hockey club.

On August 22, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of the Russian Highways State Company Vyacheslav Petushenko together with Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin discussed the issues of road network development and road infrastructure in general and the working issues of the construction of the M-12 express highway "Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan".

On August 21, at Sviyaga Hills golf-club, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of the 12th Tatarstan President’s Cup charity golf tournament.

Tatarstan President emphasized that the republic pays great attention to the promotion of golf and the development of the necessary infrastructure. 

On August 19, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Markevich.

On August 19, at the Government House of the republic, at his meeting with the delegation of the Union of Cooperatives of Indonesia “Kopontren”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Indonesia is one of the most intensively growing economies of South-East Asia and an important trade partner of Russia among ASEAN countries (Association of Southeast Asian Nations).

On August 19, at the multidisciplinary lyceum №18 named after Mikhail Lomonosov of Zelenodolsk municipal region, speaking at the plenary session of August meeting of educational and scientific workers of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that education development is one of our priorities.

On August 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a traditional campaign “Help to get ready for school”, which was held at the multidisciplinary lyceum №18 named after Mikhail Lomonosov of Zelenodolsk municipal region, where August meeting of educational and scientific workers of the republic to be organized.
