Rustam Minnikhanov: In Tatarstan since 2019, over 40 billion roubles have been allocated for the education infrastructure under the national projects "Education", "Demography", "Science"

On August 19, at the multidisciplinary lyceum №18 named after Mikhail Lomonosov of Zelenodolsk municipal region, speaking at the plenary session of August meeting of educational and scientific workers of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that education development is one of our priorities.

The topic of the August meeting is “Bringing up and education in the era of digitalization: preserving traditions, creating the future”

Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Tatyana Vasilyeva took part in the meeting.

Greetings from the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov have been addressed to the workers of the sphere of education and science of the republic.

Opening the meeting, Minnikhanov thanked the Federal Centre, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Government of the Russian Federation for the support and cooperation.

Under the national projects «Education», «Demography», «Science» the republic has the opportunity to significantly improve the educational infrastructure of the republic. Since 2019, more than 40 billion roubles have been allocated for these purposes; including 10.5 billion roubles funds of the budget of Tatarstan. In the current year, the implementation of these national projects provides funding amounting to about 9.5 billion roubles, including 2.1 billion roubles from regional budget funds.
