At the opening of Tatarstan-Czech business forum (Prague) President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Czech Republic is one of leading partners of Tatarstan. He continued that trade turnover between Tatarstan and Czech Republic increased by 1,7 times in 2012 and made 223 mln US dollars.

John Deere specialised service centre opened in Sabinsky region (the Republic of Tatarstan). Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Head of Sabinsky region Rais Minnikhanov, Director General of TerraPro Michael Snow participated in opening ceremony. TerraPro is the official dealer of John Deere service centre.

This day in 1961 a citizen of the Soviet Union, senior lieutenant Yuri Gagarin made his orbital flight in his Vostok 1 spacecraft and opened the epoch of manned space flights. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov congratulated Tatarstan citizens on this holiday.
