On November 23, Head of the Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin, who arrived on working visit in Kazan, and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited inter-district tax office in Teatralnaya Street, Kazan, where they tested information terminals and estimated the level of technical infrastructure.
