On October 14, at his meeting with leadership of the Chinese company Zhuoda, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan cooperates with Chinese partners in a number of spheres, and friendly relations between leaders of Russia and China facilitate strengthening of cooperation. He noted that top officials of China and business delegations had visited the republic a few times.

On October 14, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of QIWI group Sergey Solonin discussed issues of long-term cooperation and modern payments systems and services. They also exchanged opinions about Finopolis forum and issues discussed at plenary sessions.

On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a presidium session of the Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan, where investor companies presented seven projects.

On October 13,at the forum of innovative financial technologies Finopolis, Board Chairman of Sberbank German Gref and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed an agreement on cooperation between the republic and Sberbank in the sphere of innovations.

On October 13, at the Kazan Kremlin, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on construction of Bolgar Islamic Academy.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina and Board Chairman of Sberbank of Russia German Gref are taking part in the event.  

On October 12, Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina and Board Chairman of Sberbank of Russia German Gref, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan , were met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Kazan International Airport.

A plenary session of the forum of innovative financial technologies FINOPOLIS 2016 “Financial market in 2026: challenges for business and regulator” will be broadcast on the official portal of Tatarstan Government www.prav.tatarstan.ru on October 13.

On October 12, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development chaired by Chairman of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
