On April 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular Board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company.

​One of the main issues on the agenda was the discussion of the results of financial and operational activities of the company in 2016 and the approval of recommendation on the amount of dividends for 2016.

On April 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, and other officials attended the official awarding ceremony of the State prize of the Republic of Tatarstan named after Gabdulla Tukai at M. Dzhalil Tatar academic opera and ballet theatre. Three writers became prize winners.
