On May 26, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of May 25, 2018, as many as 73,800 square meters of housing, which makes 44,7 per cent of the plan for 2018 and 119 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On May 25, on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Alexey Likhachev and Director General of the Union “Young professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) Robert Urazov signed a tripartite agreement of intent.

On May 25, during the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Nizhnekamskneftekhim Petrochemical Company concluded a long-term credit agreement covered by the Euler Hermes insurance policy for the amount of 807 million euros for the period until the end of 2032. The agreement was signed by Director General of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Azat Bikmurzin, and CEO for Deutsche Bank EMEA Ashok Aram.
