On August 30, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.

On August 30, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and all citizens of Tatarstan on the Republic Day.

The preparations for the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic bring a special mood to the public life. The way Tatarstan has passed shows that the unity of people in the name of clear and bright goals, their creative work create the conditions for the steady growth of the economy, improving living standards, preserving and enhancing the rich cultural heritage - the most important basis for the spiritual life of society.

On August 29, at the Kazan International Airport, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov met Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in celebrations as part of the Day of the Republic.

On August 29, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new Zambezi River Zoo. The construction of the facility was completed, but animals will be placed in pavilions in a few weeks.

On August 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to new ambulances and mobile medical complexes to Tatarstan doctors. In total, 187 vehicles will be handed over this year.

On August 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and senior managers of WorldSkills International summed up the results of the joint work on preparation and holding the 45th WorldSkills Competition held on August 22-27, 2019 in Kazan.

On August 28, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to  the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, CEO of Haier Group Zhang Ruimin and Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev took part in the opening ceremony of the washing machine factory and industrial park of the Haier Chinese Company.

On August 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov will pay a working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk.
