On November 8, at the testing ground of the Kazan Higher Tank Command School, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Commander of the Central Military Region, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, CSTO Chief of Joint Staff, Colonel-General Anatoly Sidorov took part in an opening ceremony of a joint exercise of the collective peace-keeping forces of the the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) «Enduring Brotherhood – 2021».

On November 6, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Technical and Development Department of International Volleyball Federation Steve Tutton discussed the preparation and holding of matches of the 2022 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Kazan.

On November 3, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the development strategy of the Kazanka River embankment.

The meeting participants discussed the main elements of the strategy, which includes the development of bicycle routes, riverside parks, boat stations and ecotourism cluster «Mirrors of Tatarstan». The strategy also includes the implementation of a number of eco-projects.

On November 2, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Coordination Council of Eurasian Business Council Oleg Soskovets discussed the development of cooperation between Tatarstan and the Eurasian Business Council and the implementation of joint projects.

On October 27, the new head of the Kazan-Airport checkpoint of the Volga region border control unit of the Russian Federal Security Service Border Directorate for the Saratov and Samara regions Andrey Vorontsov was introduced to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

On October 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Tupolev Aircraft Company in Moscow.

He looked around the museum of the enterprise, an exposition informing about the history and main milestones of Tupolev Company. Minnikhanov left an entry in the Book of Honored Guests. 

On October 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around cargo aircraft of the Volga-Dnepr Group of Companies at the Kazan International Airport.

Boeing-737, Boeing-747 and An-124 Ruslan aircraft were presented at the cargo board parking lot. Tatarstan President got acquainted with the technical characteristics of the aircraft, and also observed their unloading.

On October 16, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Aleksey Frolov said that two municipalities of Tatarstan at once - Kazan and Apastovo region ranked among the winners of the All-Russian contest "Best municipal practice" in areas supervised by Russian Ministry of Construction.

On October 14, at the Kazan Ring Autodrome, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the tennis tournament “Cup of Peace and Kindness”.

On October 14, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Federal Corporation for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Alexander Isaevich discussed issues of supporting entrepreneurship, creating comfortable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, developing digital services and other industry-specific issues.
