Delegation of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area headed by the Governor Dmitri Kobylkin visited Kazan federal university on Aril, 25. Head of Yamal was acomapnied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Guests visited Museum of Kazan University. Dmitri Kobylkin was very interested in historical auditorium № 7 where Vladimir Lenin studied.

The project of purifying basins by the example of lake “Sredni Kaban” (Kazan) was presented to President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by officials of PACE company (PACE advanced water engineering) headed by its founder Johann Perslou. The presentation took place in House of RT government within the meeting of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of All-Russia public organization of small and medium entrepreneurship “OPORA Rossii” Sergei Borisov. At the beginning of meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Sergei Borisov exchanged opinions about state of entrepreneurship in Russia, prospects of developing small and medium business as the basis for forming middle class. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that today it is entrepreneurship that intensively implements and uses innovations in its activity.

Over 60 companies representing Russia, Canada and the UK take part in the 6th Kazan Venture Fair that has today opened in the capital of Tatarstan.Attendees at the opening ceremony were President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Russian Association of Direct and Venture Investment executive director Albina Nikkonen and other officials.

On April, 21 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited JSC “TANECO” (Nizhnekamsk) and got acquainted with course of works at the site of oil-refining and petrochemical plants Complex. Firstly Rustam Minnikhanov viewed visbreaking unit. First deputy director-general of OOO “PSO Kazan” Mars Gazizullin told about current situation to President of Tatarstan. He also informed about state of affairs at installation for sulfur production.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov met with Consul-general of Islamic Republic Iran in Kazan Rasul Bagernezhad Shayan in RT Cabinet. On behalf of Tatarstan government Ildar Khalikov congratulated Mr Rasul Shayan on appointment to the post of Consul-general of Iran in Kazan.“It is a very responsible post and many contacts established between Islamic Republic Iran and Tatarstan as one of Russia’s regions speak about it”, - RT Prime Minister said.
