On May 4, the Eidos Group of Companies presented its promising pilot projects, including medical simulators and industrial robots to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov during his visit to the Idea Innovative Technopark.

On April 4, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to veterans and participants of the World War II, workers of culture and art, health, agriculture and public authorities.

On May 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a video-conference of the Supervisory Board of the Russia 2018 Local Organising Committee held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On May 3, at the Kazan Arena Stadium, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a joint extended meeting of the regional Security Council, the Counter-Terrorism Commission, the Coordinating meeting on ensuring law and order, the regional interdepartmental operational headquarters on ensuring security during the FIFA World Cup in Kazan, the operational headquarters in Tatarstan and the Commission on preventing and eliminating emergency situations and ensuring fire safety.

On May 3, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a newly appointed head of the Ministry of Culture of the republic to its staff. 

On May 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree, appointing Irada Ayupova the Minister of Culture of the republic.

On May 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his condolences on the death of the former Aide to Tatarstan President Timur Akulov. Minnikhanov sent a telegram to his wife Farida Akulova.

On April 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a congratulatory telegram to Head of Tatarstan Volleyball Federation Farid Mukhametshin, President of Zenit-Kazan Volleyball Club Rafkat Kantyukov, coach of the team Vladimir Alekno and staff of the club on the title of ten-times champion of Russia. Kazan team won Zenit from Saint-Petersburg in the final.

On April 28, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that to date, as many as 966,000 square metres of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, which makes over 40 per cent of the plan for 2018. It is scheduled to build 2,403,000 square metres of housing in the republic.

On April 27, during his working visit to Istanbul, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Board Chairman of the Plomeks Company Erol Tabanca.
