The Republic of Tatarstan considers the education system as the most important factor in formation of innovative economy. RT Prime Minister said about it today at traditional republic august conference of education workers.

 Important questions of education were discussed today in Tatarstan at traditional august conference.
RT President Mintimer Shaimiev and Minister of Education and Science of Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko took part in plenary session of conference “Qualitative education as the basis of competitive ability of the Republic of Tatarstan”. It was held in Laishevsky municipal district by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

General Director of “KAMAZ” Jsc Sergey Kogogin and Chairman of German Company “ZF-Friеdriсhshаfеn AG” Management Hans-Georg Harter reported today to RT Prime minister about the situation at joint enterprise “ZF KAMA”.

Today Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov is in business trip in Chistopolsky, Novosheshminisky, Aksubaevsky municipal districts.
In Chistopol Head of RT Government saw houses where capital repair is being done.

Till the end of 2008 2,6 million RUR will be allotted from republic and federal budget for construction of “Park in the sphere of high technologies” in Tatarstan. RT Head of Committee on Development of small and medium enterprises Timur Shagivaleev informed about it today in RT Cabinet.

The branch system of payment for labour in budget institutions will be started in Tatarstan from January, 1, 2009. Head of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov informed about it today at the meeting in RT Cabinet.
Municipal districts took part in videoconference meeting that was devoted to the problems of conversion for branch system of payment for labour.

The questions of state support of small enterprises were discussed today in RT Cabinet at the meeting that was held by the Head of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov.
RT Minister of Economy Marat Safiullin, RT Minister of Industry and Trade Aleksandr Kogogin, RT Chairman of Management of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shamil Ageev, Director of Investment - Venture Capital Fund Ainur Aidelginov, General Director of state unitary enterprise (GUP) “Agency of State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan” Yakov Geller and others took part in the meeting.

“Due to the decision made by Tatarstan management to give means (2,5 billion RUR ) for fertilizers in spring, carrying of spring-sowing campaign in time, reasonable qualitative treatment for crops in fields, we could grow the deserving record harvest for Tatarstan – more than 6 million tones of crops - Marat Akhmetov said.”

In some Tatarstan districts there is no necessary engineer infrastructure on the territories prepared for construction of housing. Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Marat Husnullin told about it today at traditional meeting concerning construction of housing in 2008.

In connection with tragic events in South Ossetia Tatarstan Cabinet accepted the order from 14.08.2008 №1319-р. According to it organization of activity on humanitarian aid for people who suffered from war actions is laid for Commission of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and fire safety in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Chairman of commission is first Deputy Prime Minister R.F. Muratov.
