Today President of the Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in RF State council session (Moscow).
The session held by RF President Dmitry Medvedev discussed the issues of powers distribution between federal and regional state bodies and the ways of perfecting inter-budget relations. We remind that earlier Dmitry Medvedev held number of meetings dealing with decentralization themes and touched this subject during his Address to the Federal Assembly (December 22, 2011).

A new residential building on Kzyl Armeiskaya street has been commissioned.

A new residence, built within a social mortgage plan, has been delivered on the Kzyl Armeiskaya street in Kazan.

The session was attended by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov, RT Premier Ildar Khalikov.

Today President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev delivered a traditional state-of- the nation Address to Federal Assembly . The event took place in Georgievsky hall of the Kremlin, the representatives of country’s political elite, press, judge corps, leaders of federation subjects and leaders of religious confessions took part in it.

Dmitry Medvedev , in particular, proposed a range of initiatives on the further development of country’s political system. Such an opinion has been voiced toady by general director of the Fund Konstantin Tsitsin during session of collegium of the RT Ministry of construction, architecture and public utilities. An extended session of Supervisory board of ANO «Executive directorate of XXVII World summer universiade 2013 in Kazan» which connected in video conference format Mosocow and Kazan took place today under chairmanship of Vitaly Mutko.
