On March 25, during his working trio to Tatarstan Head of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the regional engineering center for industrial laser technologies “KAI-Laser”.

On March 25, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov reported about results of Tatarstan President’s trip to Japan and DPRK. In particular, he said that Rustam Minnikhanov and executives of Shinyei Kaisha prospects of establishing the Russia's first training center for preventing emergency situations after a Japanese pattern in Tatarstan during their meeting in Japan.

On March 25, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Head of Lower Volga Basin Water Department Anatoly Bykov and Deputy Chairman of the Government of Astrakhan region Oleg Polumordvinov discussed issues related to water level control in water storage reservoirs of Lower Volga basin located in Tatarstan.
