On April 13, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Minister of Economic Development Maksim Reshetnikov. The parties discussed issues of socio-economic development of the region, namely, the development of investment activities in the region at Alabuga and Innopolis Special Economic Zones (SEZ) and infrastructure support for investment projects. 

On April 4, during their telephone conversation, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov exchanged views on current issues and prospects for cooperation between Tatarstan and Turkmenistan as part of Russia-Turkmenistan relations.

On April 7, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Director General of the National Guard of the Russian Federation Sergey Lebedev discussed issues of interaction to ensure law enforcement and security in the republic and improving the facilities and equipment of the National Guard in Tatarstan.

On April 5, during a working visit to Yelabuga municipal region of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the work of Aconit-Ural Company at Synergiya Industrial Park.

On April 5, at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working visit in Yelabuga municipal region of the republic, and Head of the Kuibyshev Branch of the Russian Railways Vyacheslav Dmitriev discussed issues of interaction between the republic and the Kuibyshev railway in terms of further development of the railway infrastructure.

On April 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Yelabuga municipal region to visit a number of industries at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (SEZ), to hold a meeting on the development of human resources in the Alabuga SEZ and to take part in the opening ceremony of Alabuga Polytech educational centre, the ceremony of signing an agreement between Tatarstan and WorldSkills Russia Agency on the establishment and maintenance of the full operation of WorldSkills Technology Centre.

On April 5, during a working visit of Tatarstan delegation to the city of Saran (Kazakhstan), a ceremony of signing of a number of economic agreements with participation of Kazakhstan Prime Minister Askar Mamin and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took place.

On April 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Kazakhstan, was met by Prime Minister of Kazakhastan Askar Mamin.

On April 2, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin.

On March 30, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of the Neuroscience and Cognitive Technology Laboratory of Innopolis University.
