Today, on November 26, Governor of Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Ilyukhin and Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Valery Raenko arrived in Kazan on a working visit. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin accompanied the delegation during the visit.

On November 26, at his meeting with delegation of West Sumatra led by the Governor Irwan Prayitno at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Indonesia is one of the biggest trade partners of the Russian Federation among ASEAN countries. He also noted that Tatarstan is one of the most developed regions in Russia, and the republic is interested in developing relations with Indonesia and its provinces.

On November 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 4th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation, where the presidium introduced 41 issues for consideration, including 23 draft bills of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ten draft bills will be considered in the first reading, nine- in the second.

Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administrative Office Asgat Safarov was appointed as head of the regional election headquarters. Chairman of Tatarstan State Council, Secretary of the regional branch of “United Russia” Farid Mukhametshin chaired the meeting.
