On January 27, speaking at a general meeting of representatives of consumer societies on results of the cooperatives’ activity in 2014 in Tatarstan, Consumers Union’s Board Makhmut Fattakhov said that the activity of the consumer cooperatives has amounted to over 16.2 billion roubles in Tatarstan in 2014, increasing by 1.6 billion roubles compared to the last year. A total of 17 cooperatives have provided the growth of the activity, and falling has been fixed in 12 regions.
