Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with construction progress of the bypass road of Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnyye Chelny

On 6 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Federal Government Agency Volgo-Vyatskupravtodor Ildar Mingazov inspected the work progress on construction of the bypass road of Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnyye Chelny and drove along the new road.
