On November 21, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, First Deputy of Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Evgeniy Zabarchuk and Deputy Minister of Justice of Russia Oleg Sviridenko discussed the issues of cooperation development between Tatarstan and Russian Ministry of Justice as well as the further implementation of the "Justice Quarter" project on construction of a new building for the regional forensic center.
