On November 10, at the Piramida Entertainment Complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Internal Affairs Agencies' Employees. Speaking at the event, Rustam Minnikhanov appreciated the performance of the police of the republic, noting their contribution to the daily work on preventing and solving crimes.

On November 9, during his working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Director General of OAO “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin and Head of Naberezhnye Chelny Executive Committee Nail Magdeev met members of KAMAZ-master team, and saw the trucks that will take part in the Dakar Rally.

On November 8, speaking at a regional conference with participation of all municipal regions held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Nikolay Titov reported that 1.1 million tonnes of sugar beet have been supplied to sugar mills and 107,000 tonnes of sugar have been produced in Tatarstan as of November 8. 

On November 8, speaking at a regional video conference with participation of all municipal regions held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Services of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that 1,970,800 square meters of housing or 82.2 per cent of the annual plan have been commissioned in Tatarstan as of November 7.
