On April 30, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the republic reported that as of April 29, according to Tatarstan State Housing Fund, 2,652 inspections have been conducted in 42 municipalities, based on which 19 safety rules violations have been revealed in ten regions. They are, in particular, Agryz, Aksubayev, Almetievsk, Yelabuga, Chisopol and Yutaz regions, as well as Naberezhnye Chelny.

Ahmet Davutoğlu welcomed Rustam Minnikhanov and members of the Tatarstan delegation and noted that relations with Tatarstan are very important for Turkey.
