On December 28, during his working visit to the UAE, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Dubai Islamic Economy Development Centre. Established in 2013 by Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Committee His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, the Centre focuses on the development of strategic partnership with regional and international organizations for effective cooperation within the principles of Islamic economics.

On December 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a meeting of the regional department of the Pension Fund of Russia to sum up the results of 2017 and set tasks for 2018.

On December 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Dubai (the United Arab Emirates). During his stay in the UAE, Minnikhanov will visit the Dubai Islamic Economy Development Centre and will hold some meetings and talks.
