President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed prospects of cooperation with delegation of AO “Kazakhstan railways” led by the President Askar Mamin, Vice-president of Barclays Capital, Chairman of Meridian Capital Marc Holtzman.

At a meeting with the founder and Director General of the Russian company DoorHan Aleksandr Khanin President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Chinese experience in creation of small industrial parks may be interesting for Tatarstan. The meeting was held in Suzhou during the visit of Tatarstan delegation to China.

On April 19 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Suzhou industrial park during his trip in China. Tatarstan delegation learnt about development of social infrastructure.

The visit of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to China has started today. Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, Head of Laishevo municipal region Mikhail Afanasyev are on the delegation.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in annual shareholders’ meeting of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”. Company’s Director General Vladimir Busygin made a keynote report at the meeting. Results of company’s activity for 2012 were summarized.

An extended session of the Republican interdepartmental commission on labour protection was held at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers today. The industrial accident rate in Tatarstan and taken measures were discussed at the session.
