On 25 December in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian State Council held by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The main issues was training specialists for economy of the country, and, speaking at the meeting, the Russian President emphasized that this issue is related to literally every region and branch of economy. “Personnel issues are not only comprehensive, they are the main ones today, fundamental for the development of our country,” he said.

On 25 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Moscow to take part in a meeting of the Russian State Council held by Russian President Vladimir Putin, took several balls from the Christmas Tree in the St George Hall of the Moscow Kremlin held by the traditional charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes.”

On 25 December during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Central Bank held by the Bank Chairperson Elvira Nabiullina with participation of the Chairman of the AAOIFI Board of Trustees Sheikh Ebrahim bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa.
