Rustam Mnnikhanov meets Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Arkadiy Gostev

On 23 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Arkadiy Gostev  discussed business issues related to the regional penitentiary system and importance of the former convicts social adaptation.
