Rais of Tatarstan: Today about 2 500 people - sincerely dedicated to their job - work in the forestry industry of the republic

Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency Vyacheslav Spirenkov and the regional Minister of Forestry Ravil Kuzyurov took part is a fest dedicated to the Day of Forestry workers and the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the state forestry management agency of Tatarstan.

After having watched the demonstration performances of professional skills competitions among forestry specialists and having got acquainted with the exposition by forestry enterprises from different regions of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated forestry workers with their professional holiday.

On 12 September in Saby region, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency Vyacheslav Spirenkov and the regional Minister of Forestry Ravil Kuzyurov took part in a ceremony of passing over new forest fire-fighting and forestry machinery to forestry workers of the republic, dedicated to the Day of Forestry Workers and the 105th anniversary of the establishment of the state forestry management agency of Tatarstan .

Rustam Minnikhanov gives an errand to step up safety measures during forthcoming elections to the State Duma

On 12 September, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to step up security measures during the forthcoming elections to the Russia State Duma to be held on 18-20 September.  He called for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of elections commissions and to check the readiness of the polling stations for voting.
