Rustam Minnikhanov is awarded Ludwig Nobel Prize

On 11 June in St Petersburg the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was handed in the honorary Russian Ludwig Nobel Award, which was established in St Petersburg in 1888 and revived in 2005.

Every year the award is given for outstanding professional achievements and, according to established tradition, the ceremony is held on June 11, on the eve of Russia Day.
