On 11 March, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the United Aircraft Corporation Vadim Badekha discussed the progress of modernization and technical re-equipment of the Kazan Aircraft Plant, which is a branch of the Tupolev Company, for expanding production of TU 214 planes. Today, the plant is carrying out extensive work on the construction and commissioning of new production facilities and in the future it is planned to increase the production of TU-214 up to 20 planes a year.

Rais of Tatarstan meets Administration of the HMS Group

On 11 March, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the First Deputy Director General – the Chief Operational Officer of the HSM Group Company Artyom Molchanov discussed promising spheres of cooperation in machine building, manufacture of compressors and pumps and further development of the KazanKompressorMash plant which is a part of the HSM Group.

Rustam Minnikhanov holds a meeting of Tatarstan Security Council

On 11 March ,at a their meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the members of the Security Council of the republic discussed additional measures aimed at prevention and elimination of group crimes committed by minors, bullying in educational institutions, as well as the prevention of adolescent involvement in sabotage and terrorist activities, including Columbine.
