0n 11 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Secretary- Deputy Director of Rosgvardia (the National Guard of the Russian Federation) Colonel- General Oleg Plokhoy discussed burning issues of ensuring security in the republic, interaction of units of the Rosgvardia with regional state power bodies and measures for strengthening law and order and protection of citizens.
