Tatarstan President arrives in Penza region to take part in the 8th All-Russia rural Sabantuy

On July 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Penza region to take part in festive events during the 8th All-Russia rural Sabantuy.

Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars Rinat Zakirov are accompanying Minnikhanov during his trip.
