The number of appeals on issues of housing and utility services sent to Public control system has increased by 60 per cent

On July 21, at a meeting on results of the first half-year of the functioning of the Public control system at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov informed that the number of appeals in the category “housing and utility services” has increased by 60 per cent.

The top five popular categories are territorial improvement, maintenance of municipal roads, housing and utility services, organization of traffic and violations in the sphere of outdoor advertising.

The number of appeals has increased in two categories, - “housing and utility services” and “violations in the sphere of outdoor advertising”.
