RT President Rustam Minnikhanov signed an Edict № УП-398 dated as of 11.07.2011 “On announcing the mourning in connection with tragic events in Tatarstan Republic” in connection with wreck of “Bulgaria” vessel happened in Kuibyshev water basin on July,10,2011. According to the Edict July 12, 2011 is announced the Day of mourning in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Text of the Edict will be officially published in mass media.
