Rustam Minnikhanov meets representatives of Higher School of Urban Studies

On June 16, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Dean of Higher School of Urban Studies of National Research University of Higher School of Economics Alexey Novikov and Head of Laboratory for Prototyping Cities of the Future "Shukhov Lab" of the Higher School of Urban Studies of National Research University of Higher School of Economics, Chief architect of Barcelona (2011-2015) Vicente Guayart discussed issues related to further development of public spaces, transport, urban infrastructure of the regional cities and Kazan as the capital of Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov thanked the guests for their interest in cooperation with the region.

Aide to Tatarstan President Natalia Fishman spoke briefly about prospects of joint projects.

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Fayzullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials took part in the meeting.
