Rustam Minnikhanov attends educational programme developed by Skolkovo Moscow School of Management for Tatarstan senior officials

On June 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the educational programme developed by the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management for senior state and municipal officials of the republic, which was launched on the 9th of June.

"Nobody taught us to be managers. It is life experience. Today, special educational programmes to work more efficiently are developed," Minnikhanov said addressing officials, who are undergoing training.

The educational programme is aimed at adapting the best world practices to the conditions and tasks of the development of Tatarstan, which will allow creating an integral and effective system of project management at the regional level.
