Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a presidium session of the Russian Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia

On May 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a presidium session of the Russian Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia at the Institute of fundamental medicine and biology at Kazan Federal University.

Dmitry Medvedev said that three thousand innovative enterprises have been created in Russia since 2009.
