President of Russia Vladimir Putin presents the Order of Alexander Nevsky to Rustam Minnikhanov

On May 25, at the Moscow Kremlin, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin presented the Order of Alexander Nevsky to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov for his special personal achievements to the state and a great contribution to strengthening the international standing of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Putin signed the corresponding decree on the 1st of March, 2017.
