The international scientific-practical conference on issues of developing legislation in terms of enforcement proceedings “Efficiency of forced execution of court decisions and acts of other bodies” will be held in Kazan on June,8-11. Detailed information regarding forthcoming event was presented at briefing in House of RT Government.

Head of Directorate of Federal bailiff service on RT Khamit Sharipov informed that such event will be held in Russia for the second time. Similar conference took place in St.Petersburg in 2010. In Kazan it is organized by Federal bailiff service and Kazan (Volga) federal University.

By words of Kh. Sharipov delegations from 10 Russian regions, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Portugal, Netherlands, Kazakhstan and Czech Republic have approved their participation in the conference.

Participants will discuss features of legal and executive systems of foreign countries and execution of court decisions.
